AEcol are proud to our minerals’ industry clients, and we work in quarries because they are so good for wildlife. In addition, all our staff are competent in their fields of expertise, well-spoken and well presented. These qualities combined mean that when we represent our clients at Public Exhibitions we have the self-confidence to speak clearly, coherently and enthusiastically about the development proposed, and the net biodiversity gains it will deliver.
In more general terms, we have contributed to newspaper and web articles about biodiversity in quarries, and the excellent work our clients have done in terms of habitat restoration and species translocations. We’ve even designed signage to explain to passersby, exactly what some quarries have done, and why it’s important.
